📤 How do I submit a monitoring plan for verification? How do I download a Letter of Receipt (LoR)?

Submit your completed monitoring plan and supporting evidence for verification and download the Letter of Receipt confirming your submission.

Once your monitoring plan is complete and all required supporting evidence has been added, you can submit the plan for verification.

Open the relevant monitoring plan.

Select Submit from the drop-down menu. You can submit the plan either from the Monitoring Dashboard or directly from within the monitoring plan.


After submission, the status of the monitoring plan changes accordingly. A preliminary version of the monitoring plan is also available for download.

Downloading the Letter of Receipt (LoR)

A Letter of Receipt (LoR) is generated immediately after the monitoring plan has been submitted.

The LoR confirms that your monitoring plan has been received for verification and can be downloaded directly from the MRV Cockpit. The LoR can be provided to authoriti es if required.
