📅 How can I check upcoming port calls of my fleet for a specific region, a country or a specific harbor?

The Port Schedule in Fleettracker allows you to view upcoming port calls across your fleet. You can filter by region, country, or specific ports to see which vessels are expected to arrive or depart.

1. What is the Port Schedule?

The Port Schedule provides an overview of planned port calls across your fleet, based on reported vessel schedules.

It allows you to see:

  • Upcoming arrivals and departures
  • Vessel movements in specific regions or ports

2. Accessing the Port Schedule

  • Navigate to Schedule → Port Schedule

3. Filtering port calls

You can filter the schedule to focus on relevant data:

  • Ship Groups and/or Ship
  • Region and/or Country → view port calls within a specific area
  • Port (Harbour) → focus on a single location
  • Time frame → check upcoming arrivals within a defined period

Clicking on the vessels name will open the Ships schedule.

4. Understanding the results

Each entry typically includes:

  • Vessel name
  • Port
  • ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
  • ETD (Estimated Time of Departure)

This allows you to quickly identify:

  • Which vessels are arriving
  • When they are expected
  • How long they will stay

5. Typical use cases

  • Monitoring port activity for your fleet
  • Coordinating port operations
  • Preparing for transshipments of spare parts by means of your own fleet
  • Sharing information with partners or customers

6. Important notes

  • Data is based on reported vessel schedules
  • Updates depend on reporting frequency
  • Schedules reflect planned port calls, which may change
