✅ How do I download an approved monitoring plan, SoC or audit report? 

Access the documents of your approved monitoring plan and create a new revision when changes to an already verified plan are required.

Once a monitoring plan has been accepted, its status is shown in green in the MRV Cockpit.

Open the approved monitoring plan to access the available documents. Depending on the scheme, you can download:

  • the approved Monitoring Plan
  • the Statement of Compliance (SoC) for EU MRV
  • the Audit Report

Previous revisions of the monitoring plan remain available and can be accessed from the plan overview.

❗Please note that aft er the assessment of IMO DCS SEEMP Pt. II und Pt. III, the Confi rmati on of Compliance (CoC) can be found in the ‘File Box’.

❗If you have a valid plan in place but informati on such as ship particulars, methods or procedures change, you will have to Draft a new Revision.
