💻⚠️What should I do if my monitoring plan requires amendments?

If the auditor requests changes to a Monitoring Plan, the plan must be amended and resubmitted for verification. The system highlights the required corrections and allows you to create a new revision of the plan.

  1. Open the Monitoring Plan that requires an amendment.
  2. Click the dropdown next to Edit and select Draft New Revision.
  3. Review the new revision of the Monitoring Plan.
  4. Incorrect or missing information is highlighted in red.
  5. Click the arrow next to the highlighted field to expand it and view why the information was declined.
  6. Correct or complete the required information.
  7. Review all remaining flagged fields and make the necessary changes.
  8. Click Submit to send the revised Monitoring Plan for verification again
