You can archive vessels that have left your fleet by clicking the Pen Icon next to the vessel’s IMO number ②.
Scroll to the bottom of the page where you can find a button to either archive or unarchive the vessel. 
You can find your archived vessels by activating the filter Show archived vessels which sits on the left side of the monitoring and reporting dashboard③.
❗Please inform your verifier if a vessel has left your fleet.
