2.2. What do the different monitoring and reporting statuses mean?
Each vessel is assigned a status for every reporting scheme to help you track its current progress.
Action (orange): The orange status indicates that for either a plan in the relevant scheme or at least one reporting form your auditor requested an amendment.
No Data (red): The vessel does not have voyage reports or plan reported in this scheme.
Draft (blue): The vessel has at least one form or plan in draft. The vessel will remain in draft status until all reports are submitted for a whole reporting year or period (in case of partial verification).
Submitted (yellow): All forms or plans for this vessel are submitted.
Approved (green): The vessel has an accepted emission report, plan or a recently accepted partial emission report.
N/A (grey): Scheme not relevant for the vessel. You may edit this in menu “Set applicability”.
