⚓ Why are my EU voyages not displayed in the MRV Cockpit?

To identify a EU port of call and determine relevant voyages, the MRV Cockpit requires complete reporting data.

The system always needs a pair, i.e. both arrival and departure reports to identify a port of call, as well as the relevant cargo information.

If the cargo values at arrival and departure are identical, the system may classify the port of call as a skip port.

To avoid incorrect classification, we recommend transmitting the variable Time Elapsed Loading/Unloading through your API integration.

This helps the MRV Cockpit identify cargo operations more accurately.
