🚦 What do the different statuses in the MRV Cockpit mean?
Understand the status of your monitoring plans and reporting forms and see where they are in the audit process.
The MRV Cockpit indicates the current status of your monitoring plans and reporting data forms. This allows you to follow the audit process and quickly identify when corrections are required.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🔵 Draft | Your plan or reporting form is still a draft and can be edited at any time. Your verifier can see that a draft has been created but cannot see its content. |
| 🟡 Submitted | The plan or reporting form has been submitted to your verifier for assessment or verification. You can view the content but cannot change it while it has this status. |
| 🟢 Accepted | The plan or reporting form has been accepted in the audit process. If an accepted monitoring plan needs to be updated, you can draft a new revision. Not all reporting forms necessarily become green, as the auditor may verify only a sample of reporting forms. |
| 🟠 Action Required | The auditor has identified missing or incorrect information and requested an amendment. You can edit the existing plan/reporting form directly or draft a new revision to make the required corrections. |
| 🔴 Declined |
This status is no longer used for monitoring plans or reporting forms and has been replaced by Action Required. It may still be visible for forms from previous or current reporting years. |
