🪪 How do I complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process?

Complete the KYC process required before finalizing an EUA transaction with a trader.

Before you can complete an EUA transaction with a trader, you must successfully pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You can, however, already send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) before completing KYC.

Start the KYC process

If you are not yet registered as a customer for EUA trading:

  1. Click Buy EUA.
  2. Click Start KYC.
  3. Download the required KYC documents.
  4. Complete and sign the documents.
  5. Click Send KYC Email to send the completed documents by email.

❗Note: KYC does not have to be completed before sending an RFQ, but it must be completed before an EUA transaction with a trader can be finalized.
